Go behind the scenes and watch a newspaper being printed just before your eyes!

The Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) Print Centre, which occupies 11 hectares of space on Jurong Port Road, boasts state-of-the-art printing presses which cost $590 million to install, as well as a computer-to-plate mailroom system that prints, sorts and distributes more than a dozen newspaper titles.

With a printing press capacity to print about one million copies of 19 publications, as well as foreign newspaper publications on a contract basis, SPH Print Centre is one of the largest print plants in the Asia Pacific region.

The 40-minute guided tour of the Print Centre takes visitors to see the creation of printing plates, ink transfer from plate to paper, and the sorting of printed newspapers into bundles for delivery to news agents island-wide.
